Photo Id proof : AADHAAR Card, Allotment Letter of Accommodation issued by the Central / State Government / Bank Account Statement / Certificate of Address in original signed by a Gazetted Officer or MP or MLA or Municipal Councilor, Consumer Gas Bill, Credir card statement, Depository Account statement, Domicile certificate, Driving license, Voter Id, Electricity bill, Landline bill, PTA Order, Passport of self or Spouse, Post office passbook, Water Bill

STEP 3: Print your application form.
STEP 4: Paste Photo, sign, attach documents and Submit the documents at Pan Card center.

Once you applied for a Pancard you can also check/track the status of the application for New Pan Card using the 15 digit unique Acknowledgment Number on Check Status

Eligibility for Applying Pan card :
Pan Card Can Be Issued to Any Indian Citizen residing in India or Located outside India ( Form 49A) & Even Foreign Citizen – Investors (Form 49AA) on Demand who has never applied for a Pan card or Never had any PAN allotted to him Can apply and obtain a Pan card

If communication Address is in India : The processing fee for PAN application is 107.00[ (Application fee 93.00 + 14.50% service tax].
If communication Address is outside India : The fee for processing PAN application is 989.00[ (Application fee 93.00 + Dispatch Charges 771.00) + 14.50% service tax]
