3. The Reasons for Name Change in Punjab

2. What clients needs to do

  • Get Affidavit Notary
  • 2 Newspaper Copies on the day of publishing
  • Get all Photocopy of the Documents in File our experts mentioned you to carry & Also carry original along with you on Appointment
  • when everything is ready, You can visit Government Publication Depart in Civil lines delhi on ( Munday to Saturday between time) its closed on all Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
  • No need of any pre-appoint there is no such trend, its first come first serve basis, once you reach and You need to make entry in register against which you will get a token number.
  • After you receive token, go to first floor & Wait for your turn, Once you enter in Officer room, you need to submit documents & answer if any questions and after approval you need to carry your file to ground at Payment counter.
  • You need to pay the Gazette fee at the counter ( fee may vary with your content ranging from 1100 to 1800 ) & get Government Receipt.
  • After that you need to inform us & send photocopy of Receipt
